Schedule an Educator Visit Outreach Program

The fee for an outreach program is $150. If you conduct a donation drive to gather items from the HSMO wishlist, we can offer the program for $100. Limited scholarships are available.

Please submit your request form at least three weeks in advance to ensure availability of resources and a specially trained teacher. PLEASE NOTE: Completion of this form does NOT confirm your request. A representative from HSMO’s Education Department will contact you to confirm all details.
