Pineapple’s Story
Pineapple was abandoned without food or water, a heartbreaking situation we unfortunately see too often. She arrived at our shelter as a walking skeleton, with a body condition score of 1, the lowest possible rating. Thanks to the support of Leadership Circle members, we provided Pineapple with the care she needed to recover and find her forever home.
Riddle’s Story
Riddle was near starvation when he was surrendered to Longmeadow Rescue Ranch. The Arabian/Quarter horse was hundreds of pounds underweight. He had no energy to stand and no reserves to fight off the many infections that covered his body. Thanks to the generosity of our Leadership Circle Members, the team at Longmeadow was able to give him the round-the-clock care he needed – first to survive, then to thrive.
