Ready Readers Class Registration

Complete the form below to request a trip to HSMO for your class.

Please submit your request form at least 3 weeks in advance to ensure availability of resources and a specially trained teacher.

Education programs take place from 10:30 to 12:00 pm for 3 to 5 year olds on your chosen dates at HSMO’s St. Louis City Headquarters ONLY:

Bus transportation to HSMO for Ready Readers is provided free of charge.

PLEASE NOTE: This program is only available to preschools currently partnering with Ready Readers. Completion of this form does NOT confirm your field trip. A representative from HSMO’s Education Department will contact you to confirm all details.
