The giving season is upon us and we’ve rounded up some PURRfect presents for the pet lovers in your life. The best part? Proceeds benefit the animals at HSMO and Longmeadow Rescue Ranch!
Cozy Creature Comforts
When winter winds howl, there’s nothing better than cuddling up with a cozy blanket and a hot mug of cocoa – and your rescue pet, of course! Share the gift of winter warmth with your loved ones and celebrate their love of animals with this charming gift set!
Each set comes with an adorable fleece-lined blanket, HSMO logo mug, and a soft and snuggly HSMO scarf.
St. Louis’ own Diane Katzman Design has created some gorgeous, unique pieces in honor of the Humane Society of Missouri. Purchase one of these stunning ornaments, keychains or bracelets to show your love for animals and support HSMO at the same time.
The bangle bracelets are available in three different styles: choose from charm options with horse hoof prints, or a cat or dog paw print.
We are so inspired by Diane’s dedication to making the world a better place as a volunteer, donor and artist, and grateful that she has crafted such beautiful designs for HSMO.
The hustle and bustle of the holiday season can be overwhelming for humans, so it’s natural that our furry friends may find themselves a bit stressed at the end of the year, too! Our stress-free stocking-stuffer gift sets are a PAWsome way to ensure your pet feels pampered and peaceful throughout this busy season.
A version for dogs comes with a sweet little treat jar, Adaptil pheromone spray and toys. For cats we included Feliway pheromone spray, toys, and a cozy cat bed.
On a Mission
Get ready to solve puzzles, uncover clues, and make a PAWsitive difference for animals! Kids age five and up will love exploring the interactive, fun-filled missions contained in each Mission: ImPAWsible activity kit. Each kit comes with ten exciting missions, official secret agent tools, a T-shirt, and lots of great surprises!
Gifts with a “Twist”
At Longmeadow Rescue Ranch, HSMO’s haven for abused and neglected farm animals, there is a special horse named Twist of Fate (affectionately known as “Twister”) who has a unique artistic talent. In the winter of 2017, volunteers taught Twister to hold a paint brush, and then to paint.
Twister’s works of art are a beautiful testament to the vibrant and resilient nature of the farm animals who reside at Longmeadow. For the person who has everything, a one-of-a-kind painting from Twister makes a memorable and unique gift.
Barn Buddies and Fur-Ever Friends
When you sponsor our Barn Buddies not only do you feed, board and provide medical care for the animals who find a safe haven at Longmeadow Rescue Ranch, you’ll receive an adorable plush as a reminder of the furry or feathered friend you’ve helped. Your support as a FUR-ever friend provides safe shelter, life-saving veterinary treatment, and much-needed TLC for animals at HSMO.
For the animal lover in your life who might not be able to adopt, these gifts are the perfect way to pair them up with a new pal!
You’ve Got Mail!
The dozen, darling dogs featured on the front of our custom holiday card are sure to bring lots of cheer to loved ones near and far. Help homeless and abused animals as you send your season’s greetings with our festive cards featuring adorable furry friends.
Gift Cards Fit Every Need
Searching for gifts for the pet lover who has everything? If you’d like to give pet lovers the option of selecting their own perfect gift (or contribute toward their adoption fee when they find the perfect pet), we have gift cards available! Gift cards can be used at both HSMO locations and Longmeadow Rescue Ranch toward adoption fees or at the gift shops, and at both Animal Medical Center of Mid-America (AMCMA) veterinary clinic locations!
